Shipping policy
Every order ships from the UK. We pack and send orders within 1 working day, and you'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
UK delivery
- Standard: 2–4 working days, £4.99. Free on orders of £75 or more.
- Express: 1–2 working days, £5.99.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
Europe (EU)
£9.99 per order.
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, Norway, UAE, Singapore and more
£18.99 per order.
Everywhere else
DHL Express or FedEx. The exact price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties and taxes outside the UK
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the person receiving the order.
Christmas
We'll post our last order date for Christmas delivery at the end of November.
The vault closes on 27 December 2026
Every order placed before the vault closes will still be packed and sent.
