Terms of service

1. Who we are

We're Carter Society. Address: 58 Preston Road, Weymouth, DT3 6QA, United Kingdom. Email: cartersocietyuk@gmail.com. Phone: 07960 178364.

These terms apply to orders on cartersociety.store and in the Carter Society app at app.cartersociety.store.

2. The final chapter

Everything we sell is remaining Carter Society stock. There are no restocks: when a size has gone, it's gone. The vault closes at midnight on 27 December 2026. Every order placed before then will be packed and sent.

3. Your order

Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order. Stock is limited, so if a piece turns out not to be available after you've ordered, we'll tell you and refund you in full for it.

4. Prices

Prices are in pounds (GBP). Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. If we've clearly made a mistake with a price, we'll contact you before your order is sent and you can choose to cancel.

5. Offers

Offers are applied as shown on the product page or at checkout, and run while stock lasts or until the vault closes, whichever comes first. Free gifts are one per order unless we say otherwise.

  • Full kit 10% off: buy all three pieces of an OG kit (cropped puffer, utility vest, cargo pant) or an AJ Tech kit (puffer vest, utility overshirt, cargo pant) in the same colour, and 10% comes off those pieces.
  • Archive tees, 3 for £30: any three archive tees for £30, in the app.
  • Fill your box: spend £175 or more in the app and get 10% off that order.
  • The daily vault: at 7pm each evening one piece unlocks in the app at an extra 10% off, until the next one unlocks at 7pm the following evening.
  • Crack the code: each week a code is hidden in our Instagram or TikTok posts. Enter it at checkout that week (Monday to Sunday) for a free archive tee with your order.
  • Bring a mate: share your link from the app. When your mate places their first order, they get a free archive tee and so do you, with your next order.

We choose which archive tee you get with a free tee offer, in the size you ask for where we have it.

6. Mystery Deposit Boxes

Mystery Deposit Boxes are £90, sold in the app only, and limited to 100. Each box has one outerwear piece, one bottom and one tee from the Carter Society archive, chosen by us. You pick the size for each piece. You can't choose the pieces or colours. Box pieces can be swapped or cancelled like any other order: see our Exchanges and returns policy.

7. Delivery

Delivery prices and times are in our Delivery policy. The pieces are yours, and your responsibility, once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Cancelling, returns and faulty items

You can cancel any online order within 14 days of it arriving. Exchanges, store credit, refunds and faulty items are covered in our Exchanges and returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

9. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that. We aren't responsible for business losses: our pieces are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer.

10. The app

The app is for personal use. We may change or remove features as the sell-off goes on, and the app closes with the vault at midnight on 27 December 2026. If you send us a photo for The Final Society, you agree we can show it in The Final Society portrait and share that portrait on our website and social accounts. Email us if you want yours taken out.

11. Our designs and content

Our photos, videos, designs, logos and text belong to Carter Society. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first.

12. Changes and the law

We may update these terms. The terms in place when you order are the ones that apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
